18th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.

15th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Terrible experience renting a property managed by this estate agents for 5 years. Hardly ever had issues resolved (pest, mould and draught), constantly missed/ignored emails, attempted to raise rent without following correct procedure, attempted to overcharge for final rent and unlawfully instructed us to book pest control ourselves instead of landlord doing it as a business to save money. Do not rent the Montondale property and avoid this business.
