18th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property. Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord. They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.

4th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Avoid! They are so ignorant it's unbelievable. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

2nd Jul 2019 (6 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

4th May 2026 (1 day ago)Unable to sell my property after eight months on sale. Only had one viewing during that time. Thier mentality is to keep lowering your selling price. Even though they valued my property. Sporadic communication with us. Felt that our property was just placed on the Internet forums and left.

And indeed, his was the lowest of the three valuations. However, following his rationale, it made absolute sense. This, coupled with the lowest commission percentage of the three agents, convinced me to appoint them, and they were great. Communicative, plenty of advice and guidance and generally nice people. No hesitation in recommending

I felt like I was in very good hands when looking for houses. Their communication is also outstanding! I live 2 hours out of the area but Stacey helped me to arrange a last minute viewing the next day and was responding late in the evening to try to accommodate. She also put me in touch with an excellent Mortgage Advisor who got in touch the next day. I feel that they go above and beyond and are very professional. Highly recommend! Thank you.
