Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

The whole rental process was clear, smooth and handled with great care. Matthew went above and beyond to make everything easy — he explained every step, kept me updated throughout, and made sure the agreement reflected exactly what was discussed. Even after receiving the keys, he acted immediately when I reported small issues and arranged help straight away. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest and genuinely supportive. I’m very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a property or working with First4rentals. Excellent service!

10th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I rented a property from diamonds Caerphilly for 3.5 years, and the experience was positive. Throughout that time they were supportive and any issues resolved promptly. The property itself was comfortable to live in. The pricing was fair and my deposit was returned without problems.

He showed me around a property on three separate occasions and was always helpful, approachable and happy to answer any questions. His local knowledge was excellent and he provided valuable insight into both the property and the surrounding area. A pleasure to deal with throughout.

11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
18th Jun 2026 (1 day ago)After a difficult start to our selling journey with another agent, we found our saving grace with Parkmans, particularly Erin, Claire and Emily. Parkmans are an absolutely amazing team, very thorough, brilliant at communication as provided us feedback after every viewing in a timely manner and kept us updated regarding our sale at every step of the way. Given this was our first sale of a property and didn’t really know what to expect, Erin and Claire talked and supported us through every single step which definitely made the process a lot more reassuring and smoothing. They were also there to listen to our worries and queries which helped eased the stress of selling. They were very kind and understanding which helped as selling can be very stressful! Erin is amazing, extremely professional and knowledgeable of her role. She is also really friendly, proactive and respectful. She definitely made this process a lot smoother and eased a lot of our worries. I would recommend anyone to list their property with Parkmans as they are an extremely hard working team and really try to get you the best for your property.

They managed to sell both mine and my partners house within 24-48 hours of viewings and supported us through the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property as a quick, efficient and reliable estate agents. Thank you Watkins Team!
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.

Charlene found us the right buyer in just three weeks and achieved an offer well over the asking price, which speaks volumes about her skill, judgement and understanding of the market. The marketing was also superb. The photos, video, drone footage and brochure produced by the Fine & Country team presented our home beautifully and really helped show it at its best. Once we accepted the offer, Alice was exceptional in keeping everything moving smoothly and swiftly.
