From the moment Chloe came to carry out the valuation to the day our tenants moved in, she has been fantastic.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Chloe was approachable, friendly, and professional. Her valuation was realistic and in line with the current market rate. Rather than giving me a sales pitch, she simply shared her local knowledge and expertise, which proved to be spot on.<br><br>The whole process was seamless from start to finish, and I genuinely look forward to working with Chloe and the rest of the team again in the future.<br><br>Thank you!

We approached 3 agents and chose Tom at Newfields who was very sensitive to the situation as well as professional, dealing with all queries promptly and efficiently. He kept us fully informed and managed the sale effectively achieving a good price within a reasonable timescale.<br>I can really recomend Tom and Newfield Estates.

All staff were very professional throughout and more than helpful with general queries. I especially felt listened to by Emma who really guided me through the sales process regarding time frames and next steps. Emails were answered promptly, communication was clear and I felt reassured that the team managed our sale well throughout. A very successful outcome and a big thank you.

Aidan is an asset to Harrington Brown and is really professional and he has been a pleasure to work with to get the sale of our Grandmas Cottage. The card and flowers were a lovely thoughtful gesture on completion day of the sale and we will certainly recommend them in the future

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Lived at a beautiful 6 bed student house by the allotments with uni friends and had the most amazing year. The house was even better than when we viewed it and Evenmore were very transparent about any changes that had been made eg new flooring. Their new app system is brilliant, but I would also phone them to ensure any emergencies get delt with immediately as they are super responsive over the phone. Whenever I called, it was always answered within seconds, and everyone was super helpful and kind. The maintenance company they work with are also fabulous, working very efficiently with no fuss and very discreetly/ not requiring our input. The landlord for our house was also very generous and supplied new smart TV when ours broke, new faster broadband, and a new bin. I couldn't reccomend them more!

They helped me sell my home and purchase my new one, making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>The communication was excellent throughout, and I was always kept updated. The team were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to keep everything moving.<br><br>From the marketing of my home to the sales progression and purchase of my new property, the service was outstanding from start to finish. A genuine five-star experience!
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

It wasn’t an easy sale with loads of interest and had few issues along the way but Charlotte, Natasha and Louise were always there when we needed them. They were all very positive and reassuring. Would happily use them again.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. Then I recommend this company. You will be in safe hands.

She went above and beyond the service we got from the estate agent who sold our house (Bailey & Co) so I would definitely choose them for my next house sale.
