1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

14th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Really disappointed to find the properties we viewed were nothing like the listings, suspect AI was used to "enhance" them.<br>The driveway of one listing was entirely paved in the photo, but when we turned up it was only half paved. The other half was pebbled, and had an access hatch or panel which isn't shown at all in their listing. The rest of the property was clearly not as pictured, plenty of work required that was not shown. Complete waste of time for all involved.<br>The person who met us at the viewing was really friendly, which was a stark contrast to the rude and standoffish person on the phone who didn't care about the feedback we shared at all.- 29th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)The staff I interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful at all times. From the Probate valuation through to the sale I felt confident in my choice of agent and their ability to negotiate with me, as the customer, in mind.

Photographs our our property all looked very dark compared to the agent's we have now. They put a for sale sign up that was too short and risked people walking into it, I adjusted myself.

They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

4th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Recently bought a house through Rezee (Hull) and honestly the process was way smoother than I expected. Doing it this way really does cut out that whole gazumping nightmare you hear about with normal sales, which was the main reason I went for it in the first place.<br><br>Communication was good throughout and things moved at a decent pace. Would definitely use Rezee again for future purchases.<br><br>Thanks again!
