All staff very professional, friendly and kept me updated at every stage of what was a bitter sweet sell following the loss of both of my parents. Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend
