From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!
9th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I used Rory from Connells as my mortgage broker. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and definitely knows his onions. Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Kieran was very helpful and available to us throughout the sales process, even when he became a father, which is very committed to the cause! Hamptons are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member. He always got back to us when he said he would. There were a couple of problems at the start with the initial engagement contract with Hamptons but these, along with some general issues that I’m sure most, if not all house sales have, were sorted quickly and efficiently by Kieran which is what any seller needs. Thank you :-)

Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

He is incredibly trustworthy, professional and reliable. Emily was fantastic for staying on top of everything and followed through with the deal diligently until the very end to ensure a successful completion. They truly make a fantastic team and made our dream home come true. Highly recommended!
29th May 2026 (21 days ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.- 6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolute waste of time. Had a meeting booked for 4pm, rang up 20 mins before to say I couldn't make it face to face but could do a teams meeting. No link sent. Rang up to ask gor the link. No link sent. Continued to wait another 45 mins no link sent. Rang twice, No answer, quite annoyed. hasn't filled me with much confidence as a first time buyer. Thanks for wasting my time.
15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve had a fantastic experience with Allen & Harris in Chipping Sodbury and would particularly like to thank Sarah Cunningham and Jack Casstles for their outstanding support. They both assisted me not only with the sale of my previous property around a year and a half ago, but also more recently with my search for a new home and the mortgage application process. Throughout the entire journey, they have consistently been friendly, approachable and completely trustworthy. What really stood out to me was the level of both professional and emotional support they provided. Moving house can be a stressful experience, but Sarah and Jack were always on hand to offer guidance, reassurance, and clear communication at every stage. 16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We engaged Rowena from Bonds to sell our flat. We had been to other local Estate Agents, who in our opinion were under valuing the property just to achieve a quick sale. We had a figure in mind, because it was effectively a bespoke property, which she was more than happy to run with. The whole process was seamless, and we were constantly updated on viewings, and prospective buyers. We managed to get a buyer reasonably quickly, and once again we were kept informed on the progress, including what we could expect from the legal side. The legal side is always the problematic part of the process, but Rowena was constantly professional and proactive , always managing to ease our constant frustration with the lack of urgency from the legal side. When we eventually sell our main dwelling, and downsize we will not hesitate in retaining the services of Bonds and Rowena!

13th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.
5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)If I could sum up Hobbs Property Agents in a sentence, it would be 'Michael Hobbs literally turned the 'Impossible' into the 'Possible'. After a disastrous experience with previous estate agents and having buyers pulling, out leaving me in a very stressful and traumatic situation, I came very near giving up and taking my property off the market. Following a discussion with Michael, he convinced me to not give up hope and assured me with the most confidence that he could rescue this 'disaster' and sell my property. I always had every confidence in his professionalism and care, and was swiftly proven right as within a few weeks he found a buyer and then within the next few months it was sold and completed! He literally turned the impossible disaster into a huge success. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him - he would always answer any calls within the hour if he was unavailable at the time. He always kept me updated with any progress and personally looked after every aspect of the sale from start to finish. If anyone is thinking of selling their property i would highly recommend Michael at Hobbs Property Agents, you won't be disappointed :)
