It was so refreshing to have one person oversee the sale from start to finish which gave it a very personal touch. The attention to detail, professionalism and customer service was second to none. Highly recommended.

Selling a house with young children is never easy viewings need to be scheduled in advance and it’s a constant battle clearing the Lego and Barbie’s! Sharon and her team have been superb in prioritising our needs and requests. Communication has been superb with regular updates, advice and feedback and they have all gone above and beyond with any questions/query's we’ve raised. I highly recommend Sharon and her team at Connells and Thanks Again for all your help.

Tanya & Grace make a dream team - we were kept regularly updated at every stage of the process & if we had a question or query it was quickly responded too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Edison Ford again.

29th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)The Milburys team in Wotton-under-Edge has provided an excellent service right through from house viewings to completion on my new home. Being part of a long chain, my move has been quite complex and I'm not sure that it would have happened at all without the consistent support of Rachel and Claire at Milburys. They have been so proactive in communicating with the solicitors from top to bottom of the chain and keeping me updated on issues and their resolution. At times it felt as if they were the only people with a real commitment to pushing things forward and making the move happen. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

12th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We happy with the agent who actually dealt with trying to sell our property. However overall it was not a positive experience. Rude female agent on the sales team who was condescending and very insulting when ever we had to deal with her. Eventually pulled property off CJHole when the only Sale we did get fell through day before exchange. Sold with another local estate agent who I would recommend wholeheartedly. Afraid there were staff who consistently let CJHole down.

We have moved very many times nationally and internationally and sold several times before and AJ Homes are simply the best estate agent we have ever worked with. They are unsurpassed for their knowledge of estate agency and know the Bristol area so very well, with an established network of connections with professionals, sellers and buyers. An absolute joy to work with, they always operate with complete integrity and discretion, respecting the privacy of both buyer and seller. Furthermore, you never hear them disparaging their competition which others did and for me demonstrated that when you have to do that, you must know you’ve already lost the game. I highly recommend AJ Homes, having met with half a dozen estate agents locally, finding only one or two who even came close to offering the same exceptional future positive service.

13th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Macey came out to our property in February to give us a valuation. We were unsure whether we wanted to renew our mortgage in August or sell. Macey was absolutely incredible. So kind and attentive, she made us really proud of the home we had created and the work we had done to it. She did her research before coming to see us, looking at old photo’s of the property and houses that were sold in the area similar to ours. She had a pack prepared and went through it all in detail. No question we had was too much trouble. Honestly, she was just incredible. After the visit we were not bombarded with phone calls or emails which was so refreshing. It’s nice to find an estate agents that aren’t just after your money constantly and see you as human beings. When we decide to sell our home in the future we will 100% be back to this team to help us. Thank you.

Andy provided me with excellent advice on both the value and how to market the property and I achieved a sale within two months of first advertising the property for sale, which was an excellent result in the current market. Julie kept me fully updated throughout the sale process and helped to make sure the sale was achieved within the agreed timescales. I would highly recommend.

Having Bundy and Bond as our estate agents was pretty much the only part that was a fantastic experience of moving, which says alot about them and the conveyancing process in the UK! We spoke to a few estate agents initially and we chose them because they were clearly interested in getting a sale and getting it quickly, not putting it up for an inflated price and setting our expectations above what's possible. They delivered on this, with 3 viewings we had 2 offers so you can't argue with that efficiency! The only sticking point during the initial process was the quality of the sales brochure for our property. That being said Tina dealt with our concerns quickly and decisively, a new brochure was created and it led to a rapid sale. From the point of sale we dealt primarily with Geoff, who was tremendous. He answered all my calls promptly, always explained things clearly and even escalated to our solicitors when things weren’t getting done. Even when Geoff wasn’t around everyone else in the team did a great job picking up and helping, which was the exact opposite of my experience working with the estate agent on the other side of the chain. We wanted to use Country Property because we’d viewed quite a few homes with them previously & I appreciated their professionalism but friendly approach. From initially marketing the property, through the sale to completion, Country Property were thorough, diligent, professional and hard working. They helped us navigate round specific issues during the house sale in some cases going over and above. I would highly recommend using them to buy or sell a property.
