They are utterly professional in every sense and helpful to the nth degree. I couldn’t recommend them more as the agent to choose if you are torn between a few.
29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market.<br>Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus.<br>Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch.<br>In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest.<br>For this we are very grateful.<br>If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?

From then on he checked in frequently, followed up with solicitors and continued to have an open line of communication between us and the vendors. We couldn’t have asked for more from beginning to end. Thank you Kieran!

Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. Outstanding service for buying, selling and finance advice.

Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

29th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.- 6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

10th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We recently bought a house through Lifestlye and we were incredibly happy with the service provided.<br><br>The listing was well prepared and the provided walkthrough 10 minute video of the property was incredibly helpful and far more useful than the usual 'dumping of photos' that most agents do. James does a great job with these.<br><br>They were able to arrange a viewing for us at short notice. We were shown round the property by Logan who arrived punctual and was incredibly professional and friendly. Unlike some other agents he diden't try to 'hard sell' he let us make up our own minds and came back to us with any questions he could not answer on the spot. Really happy with our 3 viewings that Logan did for us.<br><br>Cilla in the sales office is an absolute god-send when our chain started to fall apart at the last minute. We could always get hold of her via phone and email and she did her absolute best to keep the chain intact and sale progressing through to the end.<br><br>Lifestyle is one of the only independent agents in Bradley Stoke and if you want to work with a friendly local team then I would highly recommend selling/buying with them.

He is highly professional and experienced - so much so that we are now selling a second property with him. Being a smaller operation he personally dealt with all aspects of the sale, doing all the viewings and liaison with potential buyers, advising on market conditions, being available by phone to deal with our queries and generally offered a fantastic point of support throughout the process. He kept his eye on the conveyancing too and advised us if things were not moving at an appropriate pace. He is the best estate agent we have ever used. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
