He’s also genuinely funny and easy to get along with, which makes the whole experience that much better. Couldn’t recommend Tom highly enough! They have a great team there, Kirsty, Richard to mention a few more and always enjoy popping my head in when I walk past.

Sarah was a great help, regularly checked in with the seller and us to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and chasing missing responses and information we needed to keep us all on track for a very quick completion. Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.
18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Milburys did a great job selling my house I would recommend them to anyone.<br>I dealt with the Wotton-under-Edge branch.<br>I dealt with Owen mainly but the rest of the staff were very helpful when he was out of the office. He always welcomed you into the office with a nice smile.<br>My daughter was in contact with him quite a lot as well and was very impressed with the way he communicated with us on the progress of the sale.<br>I would recommend Milburys every time.<br>Thank you for all your kindness and help especially Owen.<br><br>Margaret Bryan.

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

We've viewed quite a few houses recently and found them all to be very pushy and rushed around asking for offers soon as we got through the door which has put us off everyone. Joe was very helpful and a very nice guy who didn't rush us and felt very laid back and at ease whilst looking round. Much appreciated.- 6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

They are the nicest people you could possibly deal with and i will recommend them above and beyond. When we eventually move again, one day, we will 100% be using them. I wish we used them to sell ours.

We were shown 2 houses by the team and each member was very knowledgeable about the properties we were shown. The second property was not on our radar, but we were offered the opportunity to view and purchased it in the end. They first helped us secure our rental when relocating from London to Bristol, and now they’ve helped us find and in the process of buying our first home. Logan was really friendly and helpful when showing us around the property, and we really appreciated his support in helping us secure a deal quickly. James and Cilla have been great during the process and always around to answer our questions and clear our anxiety especially as this is our first time buying.
