23rd May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with the Frost Staines team was very disappointing. There was little to no clear sales strategy, the original valuation proved to be very unrealistic, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As we were not living in the property, it was particularly frustrating that viewings were often not communicated to us in advance. Overall, we felt unsupported and ultimately decided to withdraw.

I would recommend Strutt & Parker, and Jo, very highly and so far the management service seems so much better than that of other local agencies. Thank you.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.
1st Nov 2026 (3 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low..png)
