8th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Was offered to be a tenant by a friend for a house by the Royal Holloway back gate. Excellent communication and organisation from the team. A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.
1st Nov 2026 (3 days ago)We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent! From start to finish, the service was absolutely amazing. Duncan was professional, helpful, friendly and always kept us updated throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made what can be a stressful experience so much easier.

We’re so grateful for all their hard work and support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for everything!
7th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)I recently sold my house through Chancellors and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The sales team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I would like to extend particular thanks to Kai, who efficiently negotiated a price that both parties were happy with. He didn't stop there; he continued to follow up diligently to ensure a successful completion.

5th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)What an asset Charlotte is to this company!! Friendly, polite and professional young lady! My husband and I could not have asked for more. We have been renting for 18 years and I have never met a more down to earth, warming estate agent! Thank you so much Charlotte. You made securing the property we wanted so much less stressful than our past experiences. You’re an absolute gem!????
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have been renting out our apartment in Kensington with Wedgewood Estates for the past five years, and it has always been the best experience - the entire team is amazing, super efficient, and always ready to help. Their professionalism stretches far beyond average, and it’s an absolute pleasure to deal with every single member of the team. Thank you loads! ??
17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would 100% recommend Sarah if you are looking to buy a house. It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

Elle King was our main contact, and she was so helpful, professional and friendly.
I was so impressed that the whole sales team visited the house at the start to meet me and discuss its features.
The weekly update phone calls were much appreciated, even those weeks when there was nothing much to say.
They were proactive and helpful from start to finish. Thank you Elle and team!
20th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)A professional team from the start. Sam is always responsive to any query, has a great attention to detail, and has been a joy to deal with. I highly recommend.
6th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Chloe was great, communication was spot on, any issues were quickly resolved. Whole experience was easy and slick. Thanks to the team at romans. Once the property was rented, the service dropped below par. The exit interview was arranged by romans, yet I had to contact the landlord to agree what was closed off. No help from romans at all with any of the issues experienced in the property.
25th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I found H Prestige on the search for a suitable home for my family. I can’t recommend them enough. The whole process was smooth, from the viewing to securing the tenancy and keeping us updated in the meantime.
I appreciate the length Harpreet went to ensuring we moved in on our desired move-in-date. I’m really glad to be renting with such nice people!
