19th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Thank you to Debbie Anderson in particular who if it wasn't for you, I don't think our sale would of been possible. She constantly kept everyone in the loop. Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
22nd Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Dealing with Stirling Ackroyd was a let down. What's promised on the phone doesn't match what's emailed, causing unnecessary confusion. Their agents lack basic courtesy and professionalism, resorting to arrogance instead. Beware of their underhanded tactics to inflate prices. My advice: steer clear of Stirling Ackroyd to spare yourself the headache.

We have bought and sold with Buckinghams and they couldn’t have done more to help make the process as easy as possible, from viewing to moving in or out. Thank you so much, Geoff!
25th Mar 2024 (25 days ago)We just sold our home through J&J and we couldn’t be more pleased that we chose them. Everything from the initial valuation with Craig, through to the marketing of the property & the after-sales process was beyond fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We had a very tricky onward purchase, and I have to mention Tracy especially for going the extra mile throughout to liaise with solicitors & make a stressful process a lot easier to deal with. She kept me sane in amongst the dramas of moving house! Her advice, guidance & involvement in the process took so much pressure off of us. If you are looking for an Estate Agent then don’t go anywhere else - the team at J&J go above and beyond, and I wouldn’t use anyone else in future. 10/10 all round, thanks to the whole team for being a lovely, professional and friendly company to deal with!

4th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Up to the point when you sign your letting contract and pay move in fees communication is good and agents are helpful. As soon as you sign on the line they can't be bothered. Emails do not get answered Phone calls do not get returned Repairs take weeks to complete My daughter moved out of her flat a month ago. To date we still have been unable to retrieve property the agents insisted on being locked in a room. Multiple emails and phone calls to get our deposit back go unanswered and we are now having to open a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to have our money returned. This is so unnecessary and could all be avoided if they would just reply to an email or return a phone.

Paul was always quick to respond and even worked around our busy schedule, allowing us to view the house on a Friday evening. We're now happily settled in our new home, all thanks to Paul's excellent help and support. Highly recommend! A great friendly and helping staff.

12th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)We first met Jilly Wellman when we were considering selling our house several years ago now. We were dissatisfied with the agent at that time and found Jilly so helpful even though not her clients that we vowed to contact her in the future. We withdrew our property from the market at that time. So, having lived at our current address for 29 years we decided to sell and contacted Jilly. Obviously, out of touch with the selling process and anxious about it, Jilly was immediately reassuring and was so enthusiastic about our property and conveyed confidence in getting a sale that we took re-assurance from that. Throughout the whole process she kept in touch, put suitable people forward for viewings, answered all emails and texts promptly. She introduced her colleague who would occasionally stand in for her and showed her around. She also communicated when her colleague was doing the viewings. She assured us she would be with us every step of the way and she was. The thing that is striking is after many years doing her job she is so enthusiastic and competent and goes out of her way to be helpful and clearly loves meeting her clients. We were also very happy with the price she pitched our property at. A gem of an agent! I would also like to say how helpful and welcoming Jo Windsor and Diana Steer were in the process of our sale. In view of our experience, I would certainly recommend Strutt & Parker Estate Agents.

As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him – so I took note of this. Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out. However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons. My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market. I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.

3rd Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job. Thankyou Ben
