11th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)What can I say, I had what I thought was genuinely a unsellable property, with what seemed like a unlimited amount of hoops to jump through, but finally, when other estate agents failed, Johnson and jones got my sale over the line, although the sale itself was turbulent (due to no fault of J&J just the nature of the property) the service I received from the team at J&J was unmatched to my previous estate agent, the fact the director Tracy had kept close contact with me directly throughout the sale, updating me promptly whenever required, really made all the difference compared to other agents.<br><br>If you have a property to sell then look no further.<br><br>Massive thanks to all the team at Johnson & Jones.

Joe showed me around some properties and assisted me in all the in's and out's of looking to buy a property. He is such a warm, friendly and helpful guy, and made things so easy for me, always going above and beyond to answer any of my questions and made me feel totally at ease and looked after during the whole process. A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would 100% recommend Sarah if you are looking to buy a house. It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)?????<br><br>We recently dealt with HPrestige regarding a tenancy and, although unfortunately it didn't work out in the end, I really wanted to leave a review because of how impressed we were with Harpreet and Ben throughout the whole process.<br><br>Harpreet found what was genuinely the perfect property for our family, so we were extremely disappointed that, due to circumstances completely outside of the agency's control, we were ultimately unable to proceed with it.<br><br>From day one, Harpreet was amazing. He went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent. He was always available, constantly kept us updated and repeatedly chased things on our behalf. He was even messaging us with updates in the evenings, which really showed that he was completely on top of everything and genuinely cared about getting things sorted for us.<br><br>When the situation became more complicated, Ben also got personally involved and was equally brilliant. Both of them dealt with what could have become a very difficult situation in an incredibly professional, fair and pragmatic way. At no point did we feel ignored or left wondering what was happening.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents over the years, this experience really stood out. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but I think you learn much more about a company and the people behind it when something goes wrong. Despite us not ending up with the property, we came away with an extremely positive impression of HPrestige because of the way Harpreet and Ben handled everything.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to use HPrestige again or recommend them to others. A huge thank you to Harpreet and Ben for all your help, effort and professionalism. Genuinely first-class service.
