16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I received the most appalling treatment by the man who was answering my calls to try and arrange a viewing one of this agency's rental properties.<br>For over the course of more than a week, I had to chase them repeatedly because I wasn't receiving any updates. One member of staff had previously told me the delay was because they were unable to reach the current tenant. However, when this man answered my calls, I was given a completely different explanation.<br><br>The most concerning part was the way I was spoken to. I had previously asked a simple question to ask about what the neighbours were like, which is a perfectly reasonable question when considering where to live. Instead of answering professionally or simply saying they couldn't comment, he sighed, even raised his voice, and told me it's an 'unusual request'. He also repeatedly mentioned a 'difficult neighbour' in the building, despite the fact this had nothing to do with the viewing as he was not living adjacent to the flat I was enquiring about, it was also unrelated to the questions I was asking.<br><br>Throughout the conversation I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing him to simply arrange a viewing. Other agencies have been professional and tried to help me, instead I received total disrespect and was shouted at over the phone. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and 0 respect towards customers. It's no wonder there are so many 1 star reviews saying how rude they are. Avoid.

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

Didn't manage to attract viewers which they said they could get multiple buyers to view. I definitely would not use again and when ending my contract they became slow and unresponsive
15th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Steve and the team at Michael Graham offered a really first class service. We originally bought our house through them so it made perfect sense to sell It with them too. In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. The sale has now completed and we are delighted to recommend Michael Graham as a first class estate agent.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)My Sister's and I recently completed the sale of my father's house through Wilkinson Estate Agents in Winslow. It had been a challenging property to sell due to subsidence in the garage, but Joe at Wilkinson was confident he could find a buyer. He did succeed in finding a buyer, and we agreed on a price as well as transferring the insurance claim. As we were at the top of the chain, we had several buyers below us, which made us reliant on the entire chain functioning smoothly. Unfortunately, many things that could go wrong did go wrong, but Joe was supportive to our family and provided excellent guidance to everyone up and down the chain. This support ultimately led to the successful completion of the sale last month. I can honestly say that I would always recommend Wilkinson Estate Agents, as they truly support you through this complex process to reach a happy conclusion.

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
