Always easy to contact, approachable, and happy to answer any questions I had. They communicated clearly and kept everything running smoothly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. They were professional at all times, while still being friendly and personable, which I really appreciated. During our search we came across various estate agents but known compared to the service Tim and Williams Properties provided us. Tim spent time getting to know us and finding out what we were really looking for; he really made the experience personal and enjoyable and it was lovely to get to know him a little. I highly recommend Williams Properties, we shall definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much Tim!

10th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

26th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)We sold our property through Andy and Kristina at Michael Anthony in Aylesbury and had a great experience with them. Communication was excellent and there was always someone in the office available if we needed to call and talk things through. They found a buyer quickly and were great at chasing things along when needed. We did have some delays due to land registration issues but Andy and Kristina were both wonderful throughout and kept us updated. We would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the area!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

She went above and beyond, tirelessly coordinating with the buyer, their solicitors, and ours, all while keeping us updated every single day without fail. We never once had to chase her, as she was always a few steps ahead, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Thanks to both Adam and Rachel, the journey from sale to completion was incredibly quick and seamless. 31st Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Brown&Merry Aylesbury recently handled the sale of my house. It’s fair to say that things were rather protracted, with the first prospective buyer coming back twice to ask for a price reduction. However Brown&Merry handled the situation very well. We agreed to put the house back on the market and it was sold in three months from start to finish. I found all of the staff very helpful, and proactive. They often contacted me to suggest how we might progress the sale, and were very helpful in finding contractors when needed to progress the sale. Overall I consider their service and expertise first class, and would recommend them as excellent agents.
