It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.

At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)We recently moved to our new home and had such a positive experience with Trend & Thomas throughout both the selling and purchasing process.<br>What really stood out for us was how supportive and approachable the team were from start to finish. They were always easy to reach, quick to respond and happy to help whenever we had questions. They acted as a great bridge between everyone involved and did everything they could to make the whole process easier and less stressful.<br>Being a local estate agent also makes a real difference. They know the area very well and have a great local network, which has been helpful not only during the sale but even after we moved in. They are still supporting us when we need recommendations for local tradespeople or help with the new house.<br>Everyone has been lovely, positive and professional, but also realistic and honest with their advice. We really felt that we could trust their opinion.<br>They are honestly the best estate agent we have worked with so far throughout our selling and purchasing journey. We really appreciate all their help and support and would happily recommend them.<br>A big thank you to Neil and the whole team!

We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. As well as their professionalism and efficiency, what I think was particularly unique about their approach was how they work as a real team in order to support the home buying process. From start to finish, they made what can be a very stressful experience (!) a seamless and enjoyable experience instead - can't recommend highly enough!

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, with an excellent understanding of the current property market and a clear sense of its direction. His insight and professional advice have been invaluable throughout the process.<br><br>Frost’s really helped accelerate our house sale at a time when reaching the end of the tunnel seemed a long way off!<br><br>What also impressed me was how well organised and efficient the entire agency is. They were simply outstanding throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ciaran viewed the property and instantly understood the key attributes of the house from my perspective which means so much when selling a home. John provided fantastic guidance and support from a marketing perspective and, in collaboration with Ciaran, was in constant touch through the viewing period. Once I had received an offer, Michele supported me throughout the sales process and was simply outstanding. Her communication and guidance was exceptional and so appreciated. However, Sarah shone out as someone who was personable, warm, and genuinely cared about our purchase, as well as being professional and prompt in her communication. 5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
