We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. We felt that they were working for both the buyer and seller equally and worked hard to get everything across the line. We would highly recommend using Savills. Thank you for all your hard work.

They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. On top of that, we were very happy with the rate they offered us.<br><br>A really good experience from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend Grant and the team.

At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

And long waiting periods. In a nutshell – they were superb and very professional/courteous. They made me feel re-assured during a testing process for myself, and I will always be grateful for that. "oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.
10th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Really excellent estate agents. I’ve spoken to a lot of estate agents in st albans while looking for a flat to rent and Frosts was by far the most helpful and kind. All the staff i’ve interacted with have been lovely, especially when there’s been problems in the process which they’ve sorted out quickly. Isha was wonderful and Shelby really helped us out with securing our flat.<br>100% would go back to them :))
11th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Good experience overall. Buying/Selling takes a ridiculously long time. Occasional lack of communication between staff knocked one star off, but generally very good and I would use again. All stops pulled out at the end to get over the line! Excellent.

The process has not always been straight forward but she has kept us informed every step of the way and done her utmost to keep things on track. From my initial enquiry through completion and beyond, communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop every stage, making the process smooth and manageable.<br><br>Katherine and Carl's personal and friendly personas kept them approachable when required and swiftly returning with answers to any of my queries. 5th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
