Knowledgable and efficient with the viewings and sales team and then dedicated sales progression stayed on top of everything throughout the sale, until completion. Mainly liased with Grant and Janine who were friendly, professional and attentive. Highly recommend Hamptons St Albans.
3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID<br><br>We had our flat on the market with Haart Abbots Langley for 9 months and only had 5 viewings. Constant excuses and lies from the team, no follow ups and meant we were having to chase them throughout (despite being assured that we would get an update every week). Half of our viewings we only found out about when we called to get an update on how things were.<br><br>Shorab, Tom and Jamie were very dismissive throughout and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.<br><br>2 flats in the same block as ours sold within 3 weeks of going on the market using different agents for a higher price than what we had ours on for -Haart had driven down the price as they had kept stating it needed to be lower (which ultimately cost us money in the long term). It became very apparent that the issue was Haart and not the flat.<br><br>Switched over to Foxtons Watford and had 3 viewings and had sold within a week. The two estate agents were like night and day.<br><br>Haart were extremely unprofessional and caused nothing but stress whilst we were with them and their only tactic for selling seemed to be lowering the price -which in our case didn’t need to have happened and lost us money. Please look elsewhere when selling -highly recommend Foxtons!

He was very patient with me, took the time to explain things clearly, and was always understanding whenever I had questions or needed extra support. He made the experience feel much less stressful and was professional, helpful, and approachable from start to finish. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Andy

The whole team were super responsive at all times and were really helpful in guiding our decisions about marketing and pricing our property. We had a regular level of interest and ultimately were able to agree a sale with one of the offers we received. Once agreed the team again were proactive, responsive and helpful in ensuring that the sale completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

11th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We first met Jacqui, the branch manager of Frosts in February to value my late mothers property for probate. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her, the transaction eventually completed and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Frosts. Their A1 service is second to none.

We actually had two viewings in one day the first just was not for us, second we just knew it was for us. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly personable. What was also very nice he was not pushy at all and it felt like he was trying to help us find what was right for us and not just sell us a house. We were first time buyers and to say we had lots of questions would be an understatement. Jacob assisted us with our questions and queries even if it was something that wasn't a question for an Estate agent pointed is in the right direction. We would definitely recommend Jacob and Orchid Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

21st May 2026 (4 weeks ago)After nearly a year of stress, delays, and a very long property journey, we finally completed on our new home this Monday, and I honestly can’t thank the team at DKH Rickmansworth enough. What makes this even more impressive is that they weren’t even my estate agents, they were acting for the sellers. Yet throughout the entire process, Josh, Hannah, and Beth treated me with the same care, communication, and professionalism as if I were their own client. There were times during this move where things became incredibly frustrating, but DKH were always helpful, responsive, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the move over the line for everyone involved. In all honesty, I had a far better experience with them than I did with my own estate agents. The team went above and beyond from start to finish, and even the thoughtful gift at the end was a really lovely touch after such a long slog. If I ever move again, I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to use DKH Rickmansworth myself. A huge thank you again to Josh, Hannah, Beth, and the whole team. Wishing you all the best and continued success.

4th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I highly recommend Rolstons especially their sales progressor - Danielle, who has been wonderful to work with. We were introduced to her during our transaction and she has been very quick in helping us with all our queries and requests. Her promptness and clear communication kept things moving at a good pace and without her the transaction most likely would have been delayed. She also possesses a good understanding of these processes and her perspective has helped us a lot.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
