22nd May 2026 (30 days ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

Only irritation is that this was a probate sale and my sisters were often not emailed information, despite multiple requests that we all be kept informed
