15th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.

As a first-time buyer I had lots of questions and felt unsure at first, but Ela was patient, knowledgeable and supportive throughout.<br><br>She really understood what I wanted, guided me clearly through every step, kept me regularly updated, and always replied quickly. 19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
