30th Nov 2023 (20 weeks ago)They rent me a freezing house, it’s likes the same to be outside or even worst ! there’s not insulation in the house, windows are not double glazed, just in the kitchen, mould comes up, my wardrobes are completely wet my, I’ve asked to landlord to insulate the roof, but the house stills cold, the house doesn’t keep heated !!! Expending too much gas bills, and no one said anything about it ! So the winter it’s comes again and I’ll not be suffering again, in this fridge ! Ive tried to contact them about, but I didn’t get any answer, sent emails I’ve just get a short email with not much explanations. I’ll not gonna be sick again in this freezing house, and I’ll not recommend this state agency for anyone ! Avoid them !

Ffion was friendly and professional throughout the process and always responded to our queries. Thank you to other staff who we also spoke to on the phone who were also friendly in passing on any queries.

They were supportive and informative at all times and we always felt that our interests were central to the process. Their guidance in preparing the property for rental was particularly important as there were many things we needed to conclude before we could rent. We had one or two false starts with tenants however they managed this smoothly and worked hard to find a tenant that fitted our requirements in addition to suiting the tenant. Perhaps most important of all, as landlords we felt listened to and the communication was excellent. Super agent that i would highly recommend to others

Once a sale was agreed, we were kept fully informed throughout the transaction and Julie always responded to any queries in a timely manner.
