1st Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Absolute Joke. Tell students to pay by certain date, then refuse to release keys because deadline is a Saturday and 'we can't see the money'. Should we just move them into your office until you sort it out!! These students now have nowhere to go. Why not give a payment deadline of a week or 2 before they pick up keys. If you tell students to pay by 1st they will pay on 31st or on 1st, many don't get paid till end of month, on top of that you have the guarantor details so realistically you're getting paid regardless. Just saying, if you have an office full of students with same issue your procedure is flawed.

3rd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)A very successful outcome in finding the ideal home for our needs. The whole experience of having Joan Hopkin act on our behalf has been great. Iwan Jones in particular has been excellent. He listened to our requirements and didn't push on every property but advised in a rational and eloquent manner on the pros and cons of each potential house until we found the right one. Throughout the process he was always informative and proactive with a courteous and cheery persona. Since completing he has continued to assist us in finding some excellent trade specialists. He and the entire team are excellent to deal with and made the whole process smooth and most importantly successful! Thank you.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
