2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very happy to have sold through Robert Bell
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We had 2 valuations, which were both the same ,though we decided to go with Masons because they included a number of things which were additional costs elsewhere. Also we bought this house from Masons and were very pleased with them as buyers. All staff are friendly and polite and helpful. We have had monthly revies and good feedback from them on the state of the market.
17th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)They did not represent good value for money. Communication skills terrible at best.
31st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . Maria
5th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)My house has been o the market for more than 40 weeks. I have had no one come to see the property except a random couple who knocked on my door and asked if they could look at my house. I have now withdrawn the house from the market
26th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Zero feedback from viewings, failed to answer emails, gave the impression they were not interested in selling the property.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Ide just like to say Choice properties of mablethorpe have recently sold my bungalow in Mablethorpe,I found all staff very helpful, friendly and efficient,I mainly dealt with Drew Simmons, and had brief conversations with Hannah,I think the manager? ,But all staff very professional and most importantly sold my bungalow,so ide like to say thanks to all involved, and I will strongly recommend choice, thanks again Martin
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have recently purchased a property through Willsons which turned out to be quite a lengthy affair<br>None of the delays were due to Willsons and I can highly recommend Alice Paskin from Willsons sales who remained professional and informative throughout the entire process from making my initial offer to picking up the keys on completion She was constantly chasing in order to achieve the desired result and was always available for updates
5th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Crofts Estate Agents provided an efficient and professional service. They were always friendly, helpful and responsive, and ensured the sales process ran smoothly. Based in the centre of Louth, their office is easy to access. Thank you Crofts for providing an excellent service.

30th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)from start to finish I was given the best service, even helping me with technical issues which Faye soon had sorted. Communication was second to none and every aspect of my purchase was dealt with kindly and respectfully. Cannot thank them enough, especially Faye.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Sold my house through Pygott & Crone (Boston branch) what a lovely team of people very good communication throughout. Used there recomended solicitors (stonebow law) very fast and responsive service, if I ever had any questions or worries I could either call them or the estate agents they were all on the same page. Very happy in our new home thankyou to all involved ?????? ?????? ??- This agent doesn't have any reviews
27th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Scot was professional attentive and I felt always doing his best for me. The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
7th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We have sold our house and purchasing a new property with Newton Fallowell and cannot thank Georgina enough for all her help during this time. Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Georgina and her amazing team. 10 out of 10 ????
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today. Fingers crossed.
