2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Eight weeks into the buying process and days from finalising the mortgage application, I was gazumped by another buyer. Throughout this time this agency continued to run viewings on the property when I had been told my offer had been accepted it was off the market. I spend significant time and money moving to get the purchase finalised but the seller/ estate agents decide to gazump me. Very unprofessional service and I would definitely avoid them if you can and go somewhere that sticks to agreed purchase deals.
21st May 2025 (1 year ago)Clubleys were fantastic throughout the process of selling our house. They got us a quick sale and were excellent liaising between us and our buyers. They were professional, courteous and friendly throughout the process.

Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

David spent a lot of time with each viewing and always obtained feedback from each potential purchaser, which he then fed back to us the same day. He is a credit to the industry. I would also like to mention David’s wife, Christine, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes with all follow up enquiries, constantly keeping in touch with us from start to finish and is a great source of moral support. She is as dedicated as David, and they make a formidable team! I cannot recommend them highly enough Thanks Dave and Christine! ????????

14th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)I can highly recommend Chestnut Solutions. They are a family run business offering a really personal service. Richard is very friendly to deal with and sold my house in a day for much more than the asking price. Everything ran smoothly with the sale.
2nd Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.

22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)For clarity, our experience was with Enfields Luxe in 2025, before the business transferred from Enfields Leeds Ltd to Enfields North Ltd. The business has since continued under the same name and management.<br><br>We paid Enfields premium fees for a service we largely ended up managing ourselves.<br><br>Only after signing were we told they didn’t conduct evening viewings, with very limited weekend availability. Consequently, we conducted the majority of viewings ourselves.<br><br>Communication and sales progression were consistently poor. Even our buyer resorted to contacting us directly for updates.<br><br>Enfields initially rejected our formal complaint. Following nearly 11 months with The Property Ombudsman, whose adjudicator indicated our complaints regarding viewings and communication were likely to be upheld, Enfields North agreed to a £350 settlement.<br><br>They subsequently described this as a “gesture of goodwill”.<br><br>I would not recommend Enfields.
