It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. It was a daunting process and Carol was kind and patient . She is a Gem . Thank you Carol so much for everything You wont find a better , more honest estate agent

I sympathise with anyone selling or letting a property through this stuck up agency . May god help you . Completely slack , a lot of p45’s need dishing out here .

14th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)The whole process with NPP has been very stressful. At the beginning all accommodations were met & so welcoming to the property. I was in a property with faults and promised so much to get this fix however nothing until I left and they sent someone. I have also been rudely spoke to throughout the whole process and chased for payments with no given help or support. Overall I am not one to complain however this has been a horrible experience

Received an appointment to view a flat very quickly and had confirmation that we were successful in securing the flat the next morning.
