Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!
14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

They are extremely reliable and always on the other end of the phone/email when needed. I know a few of my friends have also used this agent and have the same feedback. Thanks again :)

13th May 2026 (30 days ago)Tried buying a house and had the worst experience ever. Leasehold listed as freehold. Firstly the didn’t present the offer to buyer u til chased. Paul who was handling the deal was away most of the time. Property was moved to Sold STC & then back on market before the survey report come back. Complete silence for over a month after asking for negotiations. The whole process was stressful and very frustrating. Seller solicitors to hold initial contract pack. I would stay away and look elsewhere.

Helen Larkin and Beverly were Amazing , we had a lot of ups and downs selling ,nothing but things we couldn’t foresee ,but they were there every step of the way to help and reassure ,it would have been a hard time without them , so a massive Thank you !jane and family

27th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Dinesh at Aeon Estates said he could find a serious buyer for my property within two weeks - He did just that. Any time there were delays, Dinesh & the team helped pushed the sale through. Aeon Estates come highly recommended, I am so pleased I chose them.

They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Although the property didn’t sell they certainly tried their best. We only had it on the market for a month but the Agents dealing with my property were very approachable and informative and it suited my needs to only market for a month
