3rd Apr 2024 (20 days ago)If I could leave a 0 I would. Management is non existent which then shows in the lack of professionalism from the rest of the staff. Awful wouldn’t recommend buying, selling or renting with them.

Dressed very smart ,office dress code every time I visit the office superb, with of course a beautiful smile all the time. She appears to be of great high Quality experience like her other manager Demi from Care 4 Properties. Chile is not only knowledgeable and proactive, but she is also proficient and solutions driven.i viewed few rentals and with few minutes ,all application forms were on my emails and responsive was fantastic.I would highly recommend Chele to any other person endeavouring to rentals.

1st Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Arranged to view and flat with this estate agent. Called just before setting off on the hour journey to confirm it was still going ahead, they confirmed it was. Get to the property and no one turns up. Call them and they say it has been sold and emails were sent. A huge waste of time and money having booked time off work. Surely worth a phone call to tell me it had been cancelled after they had confirmed just an hour before that it would go ahead?

I have recently decided to rent my house out through Cousins and having never done this before, Cousins were incredibly informative, supportive and trustworthy during this process. Cousins have been reliable and helped find the perfect Tennant for my home. I'd like to especially mention Miss Jessica Smith who has managed this for me and been truly outstanding and devoted throughout this ????????????

This woman is a blessing to the company and deserves a pay rise with the way she was so compassionate and helped my dream and relieved me of so much stress to get a flat???? 21st Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)The team were very pleasant to work with but some points for improvement include: 1. The initial valuation was quite far off what the property ended up selling for. This was because it was based on sold prices in the local area of quite different houses. 2. The opening photo for our property on Rightmove had 9 bins in it - it would’ve been a good idea to move them/ask for them to be moved before the photos were taken. 3. An agent was sent to do a viewing on her last day in the job and told the viewer this and didn’t seem motivated to sell the property.

1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

She ensured our move was as smooth as possible and recommended a great broker who we got a very got deal with for our mortgage.
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lifestyle have recently arranged the letting of our property and are now our managing agents. The pre letting appraisal provided realistic advice in the present climate and a high level of interest was received immediately. The advertisement and photographs portrayed a warm and welcoming reflection of the home and its village location. An excellent tenant seems to have been found and all formalities have been handled efficiently and executed fully. We highly recommend the agency which has provided a personal and professional service.
