He and his team kept us up to date and informed with viewings, prospective buyers and offers. They were instrumental in securing us a sale price very close to our top asking price and helped guide the nervous first time buyers through to completion.

Their feedback was always constructive and enabled us to adjust our approach to the sale, ultimately leading to a successful sale, in what was a difficult market due to UK and International economic factors.

More importantly they carry out due diligence on perspective tenants which , as it turned out , saved me allot of issues down the line after they discovered that a possible tenant submitted forged bank statements as proof of income as part of Selmams stringent vetting process . They have now managed my property for a year and have been very professional throughout - arranging any small maintenance issues and always keeping me updated on the goings on within my property . Nick has been a star - as has Delilah and Chris

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
20th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)After my experience with the estate agents at Drivers and Norris, I'm currently settling into my new flat comfortably and reassured by the quality and professional experience I was provided with on the journey to get here! It was tough finding a good flat in the area near the best amenities with a good price, but after the hard work provided to me by the estate agents, in particular Demmy, I found the perfect property I was looking for! A 10/10 service, I couldn't ask for more, and I'll be sure to keep Drivers and Norris in mind for the future if need be!
