As a local independent company, they offer a trustworthy, personal and friendly approach that has meant a lot to me. Tenants have been assessed carefully and any issues with the property have been dealt with promptly. It has been very reassuring to me to know that my property and tenants have been in good hands. 1st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I’m met with 4 different agencies. Brickworks attention to detail, homework on the property and advice generally was superior to the other agencies and clearly so.
20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.

4th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

6th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
