Cheryl was fantastic for both the moving in and moving out processes, and Hida was responsive and very helpful when it came to any issues or questions we had throughout the tenancy. When issues arose they were always quick to book contractors to fix the problems quickly. 1st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I’m met with 4 different agencies. Brickworks attention to detail, homework on the property and advice generally was superior to the other agencies and clearly so.

They explained how the sale would proceed and kept us updated to how things were going after each viewing. The staff members showing potential buyers around had made sure they knew the property. The service we received was excellent and they made our moving experience less stressful than it could have been. We would recommend Raine & Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.

He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.

4th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.
