15th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Tim was fantastic - called us within 30 minutes of us putting the submission through Get A Agent and I believe we saw him the next day. We did end up achieving a higher sale price than he appraised our property for, but it was under offer in 5 days so we were very happy all around. Would recommend

I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

26th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.

1st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)It was a highly controvercial transaction due to divorce/separation but Paul Simon was at the top of it. Their skills and local knowledge helped a lot

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I asked Davies and Davies to value my property after buying through them some years ago. I was impressed as a buyer, so it seemed sensible to invite them to value my home. Out of the four agents who valued my home Davies and Davies were by far the most personable and knowledgeable. Mark took time and care to talk me through the selling process. We discussed easy 'quick win' ways to help my property get more attention. He was helpful, patient and confident without being arrogant. He also didn't try to win me over with an inflated estimate of how much my property was worth - instead he valued it accurately and fairly. The sales transaction was handled very well. Any query I had was answered thoroughly and in good time. The Davies and Davies team were proactive and courteous. I actively recommend them and would work with them again.

23rd Sep 2019 (7 years ago)Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.

17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.

I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.
21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I couldn't recommend Stow brothers enough when selling your property. They make it so straight forward and very easy. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!- 20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.
