2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Eight weeks into the buying process and days from finalising the mortgage application, I was gazumped by another buyer. Throughout this time this agency continued to run viewings on the property when I had been told my offer had been accepted it was off the market. I spend significant time and money moving to get the purchase finalised but the seller/ estate agents decide to gazump me. Very unprofessional service and I would definitely avoid them if you can and go somewhere that sticks to agreed purchase deals.

The communication was great all the way through and the whole team worked hard to ensure that buyers and we as sellers had all the information we needed. The whole process was much smoother than we feared, as the team went above and beyond to keep everyone to the required timescales. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Youngs again.
