3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.

They have been extremely helpful and approachable throughout my purchase and I would certainly recommend them anybody who is entering the house market.
