Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. That level of dedication, care, and commitment really deserves recognition. His personality, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience so much better. If anyone deserves bonus points, it’s definitely David! ?????? Brilliant work, David — you were absolutely amazing! I would also like to give a massive thank you to Jaake for all his help while David was on holiday. Jaake was incredibly helpful, approachable, and informative, and he made sure I got all the information I needed. His support was greatly appreciated, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I dealt with Tracey Nicholls who gave me some great advice and got me the house of my dreams. Tracey called me straight away with any news regarding offers etc and kept me in the loop, all the staff I dealt with had a friendly helpful nature. I highly recommend using them, Thanks Again Tracey, Thomas and Team x

21st May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

Best agents I have ever dealt with - communication was second to none, checking in all the time, updating, calling in when I was sick to check on me ! way above and beyond. Totally professional, ensured all 3 knew my property inside out - just fantastic, open, honest, transparent - absolute pleasure to have dealt with them and if ever I sell again, they will be who I chose hands down.

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

14th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord. An unethical landlord with no concern. GREEDY
22nd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

Benningtons, Stuart and Laura, are concise, emphatic and genuinely know the local market. Thorough and precise communication throughout, total honesty and transparency.
