Zoe, James and Mark were consistently helpful, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Their customer service was top-notch, making us feel well-supported every step of the way. Special mention to Zoe, whose exceptional people skills made a real difference. She kept us informed at every stage, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident in all our dealings with the process. The entire team made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward – this includes the extremely efficient and helpful telephone staff that often took our calls and reassured us. Highly recommend Brown and Co for anyone looking to buy or sell – they truly go above and beyond.

30th Dec 2025 (25 weeks ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments. Thank you so much all of you! 19th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

We have known some of the team for over 20 years, admiring and respecting their achievements. What we didn’t know was exactly how good the team is. Emily was the driving force behind our initial sale (congratulations mummy) which through not fault of the company fell through. Undeterred and with the help of Joe and Lucinda, the team managed to find a new buyer Tina took over the reins and ensured everything went smoothly and quickly to a successful conclusion. A massive thank you to the entire team. You were outstanding and always kept us up to date.

We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas. A massive thank you to Mel and the team at Hammond Properties for their help in buying our first home.

2nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Came in, told me literally everything I needed to know , and boom it was sold- 23rd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

She was highly communicative throughout the entire process and sorted everything out for us in a timely manner. ?She truly went above and beyond when we broke down on the A46 on our way to collect the keys—Laura actually drove down to meet us on the roadside so we could sign the tenancy agreement and get our keys! If that isn’t the definition of going above and beyond, I don’t know what is. Thank you, Laura!

She is warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
11th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I can not praise James from Connells Grantham enough, from the first meet and viewings through a challenging process to rent a property he was faultless. Nothing was too much, he gave his all and helped and updated me constantly. I am so very grateful for everything he did and the support I got before during & after I got my tenancy agreement. I had dealing with a couple of others at Connells and they too were amazing. Thank you James for everything, I highly recommend Connells.
