30th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.
31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Put my bungalow up for sale with Youe Move in May.Ryan did the appraisal and I found him courteous and knowledgeable.I feel he pitched the price just right.Second set of feet though the door bought it.All throughout Andrea kept me appraised of what was happening and what would be happening.Can’t praise these two enough.Great selling experience.Would highly recommend!

They were understanding of my needs and kept me informed every step of the way.- 23rd Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

The staff have been really approachable in helping us find the right home and have been so quick to respond and relay messages throughout the purchase process. This has made the process much smoother and helped us get the move date we hoped for. I highly recommend using Pygott and Crone

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

1st Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

When it came time to sell, I knew I would only work with Oliver again.<br><br>I invited several estate agents to view my property, but none of them inspired the confidence that Oliver did. He is highly professional, honest, straightforward, and delivers an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend. A big thank you from us.

She supported us every step of the way through the mortgage process, making what could have been overwhelming feel straightforward and manageable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to slow things down whenever we felt unsure. Her approach is truly personalised, and you never feel like just another client. She is warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

The process of finding somewhere to rent with Connells was exactly what you would hope for when you find yourself in such an urgent and stressful position.<br><br>James was helpful, friendly and swift when it came to arranging a viewing, seeing it, and making a decision on the property. Then the administrative side after was exactly the same experience from both James and Lottie, having it all sorted within 24 hours.<br><br>We'll absolutely be recommending and going to Connells again in future.
