It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky

Natalie’s photographs are outstanding and show everything to its very best advantage, a true professional. Our sale and purchase was an ongoing saga for 20months and throughout this period Rob was patient, professional, informative and extremely helpful. His communication was first class and always prompt and informative. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Rob - we finally made it!

Tom was always efficient, very personable, polite and helpful, communicating regularly with us and giving sound advice and updates. He was very professional and highly effective in chivvying the buyers'solicitor when they weren't performing. I have been thrown in the position of being executer of several properties, all of which have been, and still are such hard work. Claire has found a buyer very quickly and has made the whole process so much less stressful for me.

20th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

I would highly recommend Home Sale to my peers. I preferred Home Sale to the high street estate agents as they are independent and personal to the seller and helpful when the sale went through.
