Nicola was Fantastic! The best sales progressor I have dealt with across my previous 3 house purchases and sales. She was on the ball with chasing solicitors (there was a lot of this required) and providing updates and provided a really high quality service! Thank you both for all of your help.

Reasons for it is he generally listens to exactly what’s you’re looking for, what’s in budget and will give you more than one option. Darryl was brilliant and if I could I’d be awarding him more than 5*. He won’t let you down!

31st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

Someone was always ready to help on the phone and they helped smooth things over when solicitors were taking longer than expected. Very clear communication throughout. We were happy with our listing, and very pleased to have moved and be in our new home! Would definitely recommend and use again.

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.

Tom was always helpful, approachable and proactive, and we really appreciated the way he kept things moving and helped us get everything over the line.<br><br>Communication was good throughout and we always felt that Tom was doing his best to help wherever he could.<br><br>Very pleased with the service we received and happy to recommend Tom and the team at Sell It.

Exceptional from start to finish.<br><br>Paul was fantastic from the very beginning, he was always friendly, approachable & accommodating arranging several viewings for us.<br><br>Hayley was genuinely amazing, constantly chasing on our behalf and keeping everything moving along. Her dedication, persistence & communication were greatly appreciated and we are so grateful for all the effort she put in to helping us reach completion.<br><br>We would highly recommended Brennan to anyone looking to buy/sell.

I would highly recommend Home Sale to my peers. I preferred Home Sale to the high street estate agents as they are independent and personal to the seller and helpful when the sale went through. 3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was extremely pleased with the professional experience I had when selling my property through Goodacres based on Castle Road.<br>I cannot recommend the whole team enough as they made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible when selling and buying properties.<br>From start to finish the team were great, Josh valued my property taking some great photos and describing perfectly whilst Arden dealt with the viewings.<br>My property sold for asking price within a week of going on the market which was fantastic and let us concrete on buying out of the area otherwise I’m sure I would’ve purchased through Goodacres too.<br>Chloe then took over the sales progression and was amazing, she was very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with particularly when our solictors weren’t keeping us in the loop (I should’ve taken Chloe’s advice on Goodacres recommended solictors).<br>Huge thanks to the whole team I will and have recommended to family, friends, and colleagues you all made what can be a stressful and sometimes long experience into a positive one! ??????<br>All the best Gary
