30th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I asked Davies and Davies to value my property after buying through them some years ago. I was impressed as a buyer, so it seemed sensible to invite them to value my home. Out of the four agents who valued my home Davies and Davies were by far the most personable and knowledgeable. Mark took time and care to talk me through the selling process. We discussed easy 'quick win' ways to help my property get more attention. He was helpful, patient and confident without being arrogant. He also didn't try to win me over with an inflated estimate of how much my property was worth - instead he valued it accurately and fairly. The sales transaction was handled very well. Any query I had was answered thoroughly and in good time. The Davies and Davies team were proactive and courteous. I actively recommend them and would work with them again.
