17th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have found Mill Hill to be abundant with professional, friendly, motivated estate agents. Our experiences of this agency have been the complete opposite. Whilst searching for a rental property, their charming agent couldn't have been colder or more disinterested in her approach towards us. This attitude began when trying to arrange a viewing date. Then at the viewing, when we asked if my 5yo son could desperately use the toilet, she looked at him as though he was something unpleasant and dismissively said no (I appreciate homeowners may be reluctant, but the total lack of compassion and understanding towards a young child was shocking). When we expressed our interest in the property, she gave a vague answer on the moving in date inconsistent with the online date advertised. When we stated we needed assurances on this deadline, she said with a deadpan stare "fair". When I heard nothing in the subsequent days regarding the position on the property, I called up and received another dismissive response of "not sure yet". At that point I lost interest in dealing with this agency again. On a previous phonecall with one of the team, when registering our initial interest and requirements, I was cutoff with the statement "we are only entertaining chain-free buyers". I was surprised that buyers such as ourselves, who were to become chain-free and looking for a permanent family home were treated this way (particularly in the current challenging market). Having now completed on our dream family home, I would not recommend this agent to prospective buyers.

22nd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Alex was very professional and considerate from the very first meeting through to completion and afterwards. He and his team kept us up to date and informed with viewings, prospective buyers and offers. They were instrumental in securing us a sale price very close to our top asking price and helped guide the nervous first time buyers through to completion.
1st Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Real lack of transparency, always guessing what’s happening, I had to constantly email to find out information, not once did I have an email from them to me, the excuse I can’t give you information I don’t have and leave you hanging for ever untill they do is a very poor excuse, vetting of clients finances poor, the senior manager at Haart, should know the customer is key to there buisiness, I found the customer service from her to be poor, and felt a little intimidated into sticking with a client for 2 months knowing he couldn’t get a mortgage, and saying to me it’s not like you have a choice, you didn’t have any other offers so let’s just wait, it’s ultimately my decision if I have a choice or not, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my time, not even an apology, we’ll I’m sorry that’s just not good enough, so I ended my time with them and have now remarketed, I know there not responsible if a client can’t get a mortgage, but they are definitely responsible for clear transparency between themseves and there customer, which was clearly lacking, need to do better

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.

Ray and Goisha were especially helpful and kind throughout my time here. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving and changing houses, as I felt very comfortable. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.

13th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

31st Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
