5th Jan 2013 (13 years ago)Avoid at all costs!. This company is a one man show. Could not agree more with the previous review. Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.

28th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling ‘service’. Called FIVE times about a flat to rent in Shoteditch and they never called back. Last time I called the man was shouting down the phone. If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional

I honestly feel very thankful for having lion wolf estate agents to sale my property as I do not believe any other agent would be able to deal with is so patiently as Diamond did.
