6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

There were a few complications with my application, and Helen went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Her knowledge and professionalism were clear throughout, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free — especially as we were moving from abroad. 12th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Have rented premium properties >3K in North Oxford and the area for many years, using multiple agencies. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.

From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. 29th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

Stuart, Hazel and the rest of the Thomas Merrifield team gave excellent advice and first class communication with my sister and I selling on behalf of our mother with regular progress reports and liason with our buyer and the solicitors.

From the very first viewing, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was great throughout the process — they were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at every stage. Radnor Martin did everything they could to help the sale go through smoothly, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

His attention to detail, professionalism and depth of knowledge are exceptional. With the significant changes brought about by the Renters' Rights Act, I found it increasingly difficult to keep up with the ever-changing legislation and compliance requirements whilst managing my portfolio myself. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
