8th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Honestly, I couldn’t fault them. We spent (wasted) 6 months with a different agent and changed to Fenwicks. Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.

8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

31st Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
