As a couple just starting on our house buying journey, it was great to have someone who was approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.<br><br>He was happy to have a conversation and didn’t make us feel rushed or under any pressure. Toby made what could have been a nerve-wracking first viewing into a really positive and enjoyable experience. We'd happily recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and personable estate agent.

Alice was thorough in her approach and always professional, efficient and relentlessly helpful. Thank you also to Josh for the property maintenance support provided.<br>Rob not only sold the house to us, 20+ years ago, but was pivotal to the sale of the property, giving unprecedented guidance and support throughout. Caitlin has been a driving force, along with Rob, to manage viewings under challenging circumstances as well securing the sale. Communication has been clear and concise throughout the process.<br>We really cannot ask for a better service from the individuals for both the rental and selling experience that make a formidable team. Thank You All Very Much.
16th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. They have always given and continue to give, exceptional service from the very start until a new tenant is in place. We are kept informed every step of the way and any queries are answered quickly. Caroline and Tracey always return a call and are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find but they continue to build their business around this.
20th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’ve just finished remortgaging our house with Fox & Sons Waterlooville, and honestly, they were great from start to finish. Everything felt really easy and stress?free, which is not what I expected at all. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and actually explained things in a way that made sense. They kept us updated the whole way through and got everything sorted quickly without us having to chase anything. They also found us a really good rate, so we’re really happy with how it all turned out.Overall, just a really smooth experience. Would definitely recommend them if you want the whole remortgage thing to be as painless as possible.
3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.
9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Awful lettings. Will never go with them again and recommend no-one else does either. They do not get anything done that needs doing around the home despite mentioning it several times during inspections and in emails. Never got to use the garden the whole time we were there. Upstairs had terrible mould and they didn't care. Avoid!!!!!!

He came armed with all the local comparable house prices when valuing my property and this gave me confidence in him and our valuation. He’s team then sold our house quickly and maintained great communication between us and our buyers. Tom and his team were and professional throughout!

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I have been under contract with this company for almost two years and have always been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dominik from the maintenance team was very disappointing.<br><br>I lost my key and contacted maintenance because I was never given a spare. I understand there may be a charge for a replacement, but the issue was the way I was treated. Dominik was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted me, and didn't let me explain my situation. Before I could finish, he said he couldn't help, then ended the call with a dismissive "Sorry, bye."<br><br>As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. I hope the company improves its customer service.

15th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have to say Nesbitt and Sons is a very professional estate agent. Marc Nesbitt showed me around the Portchester property that I ended up buying. Marc was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, as were his staff. Communication was excellent and it made what can be a stressful process, not a stressful process. Once the sale was complete Marc was there at my new address to hand me the keys.<br>Marc's years of experience in the industry shone through and I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend buying a property through Nesbitt and Sons.<br>Thankyou.<br>Mr Roberts.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)This is the worst estate agents ever, they seem really sweet and good in the beginning but when it comes to the end of tenancy agreement they never ever give your deposit back to you.<br>They extort you for the money making it seem like a scam and regret you ever having been with them. They took 65 percent of our total deposit, in fact even tried to take more money by keeping on adding more clauses as time went by.<br>Really sad and very bad on their part to keep trying to extort money from people without any justification.
