8th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)We didn’t actually end up buying through cubitt & west in the end however I wanted to thank Evie for being so helpful and allowing us to view properties without selling , without doing this we wouldn’t know what we did or didn’t want and really appreciated her spending the time with us. If we ever move again we will definitely think about using cubitts

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

21st Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Poor experience. Booked to view a property, they didn't show up and cancelled the viewing without letting us know, no phone call or email. I called after planning my day around the viewing, showing up and having been waiting outside the property for them then to say it was cancelled. Bad customer service.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
