14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I highly recommend Martin & Co. Matt was amazing throughout my whole journey, from viewing to completion. He was very patient, kind, transparent, and knowledgeable. He never made me feel silly for asking a lot of questions. As a first time buyer, I was incredibly nervous but this experience has been very positive for me with the help of great estate agent!!! I was kept updated every step of the way and Matt even proactively chased the solicitors to keep things moving. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you soooo much ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

I suggest you use any other agent in the area as these agents made my life hell during my second year of university. Awful people and corrupt. Offered a friend a car parking space near the property in exchange for a good review. So please bare that in mind when looking through the reviews.<br><br>Edit to add: I absolutely was a customer for one year. Shocking that they have tried to say I wasn't. Let this be another red flag for any potentially renters.

So many frustrating delays and countless calls to Julie who was always available to help, chase and follow up. We really appreciated her effort and professional manner assisting us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the area.
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I am very grateful for Jeffries Dibben in Southsea for selling my deceased mother’s retirement flat which I inherited. It was difficult for me, as I live about 20 miles away, and there was much work needed in the flat, and (now over 80) I was needed good advice as to how to bring the property to a sellable state.<br>And the helpful advice continued when the property was ready to be sold. They handled viewings for me, and had a reliable process for letting tradespeople in for essential work (of which much was needed). In this difficult market, when a buyer pulled out they were quickly back working for me again. Thank you to Eddie, Brenda, Amy and Molly for always being a hard working, helpful pleasant and effective team and enabling me to get on with the rest of my life!
