22nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Very good at the start but further down the process it was very poor... we didn't know what was happening until we heard from the other the estate agents from whom we are buying from...
21st Feb 2017 (9 years ago)I was able to view a house on a Saturday with Vee( staff) and moved in a week later as she promised. No one is perfect. I love you guys. You helped me to put my life back on track. God bless you all.
25th Sep 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

15th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I recently purchased a flat via Smooth Move and I have to say the service they provided was excellent, Lisa was amazing, she kept me up to date with all issues and progress, and was a massive help and support to me though the whole process. When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. I recommend Smooth Moves if you are looking to sell/rent/buy a property ??????
19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Professional initial chat and valuation. Great local knowledge and highest sell rate locally so chose them. Sold within a week. They recommended a solicitor, all very straightforward.
