4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Jordan has helped me sell my house and is such a pleasure to work with. Made the process clear and provided all the answers to questions I had. Very clear communicator and definitely goes above and beyond.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service we received from Payne and Co from start to finish. Selling a property can be a stressful process, but their team made it completely seamless. Communication was brilliant throughout. We were always kept in the loop with regular updates, feedback after viewings, and prompt replies to any questions we had. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to getting the job done smoothly were second to none. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!"
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)It is a pleasure working with Accord. They are a professional, reliable, trustworthy and friendly team, and we truly value our ongoing collaboration with them. As a family-run business, they bring a genuine personal touch to everything they do. We also really appreciate their commitment to supporting local businesses and the local community, which reflects the values behind their work. They have a great sense of humour, which makes working together both easy and enjoyable. They are also open to new ideas and always looking for ways to adapt and keep up with the changing needs of the market. We would happily recommend them.
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Karun was really helpfull he did speed up the process for moving in as well- 30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have finally completed what turned out to be a particularly challenging transaction, and I would like to thank Karl Genchi, Branch Manager at Bairstow Eves Romford, for his outstanding support throughout the process.

There were significant delays and difficulties on the seller’s solicitor’s side, and Karl’s personal involvement, persistence and excellent communication made a real difference. He was proactive throughout, followed matters up consistently and did everything he could to keep the transaction moving.

Thanks to Karl’s support and determination, we were ultimately able to reach a successful completion.

As someone who works in the property industry myself, I particularly appreciate an estate agent who remains actively involved and committed when a transaction becomes complicated.

Thank you, Karl, for going above and beyond.
21st Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I recently bought a house through Charlie, and I can honestly say the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making. What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients really shows.I’m extremely happy with my new home, and I’m grateful for the effort Charlie put in to make the purchase seamless. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at Aspire were absolutely brilliant but special mention goes to Kiera who was so friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, thank you Kiera for all your help.
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Disappointing Experience and Lack of Clear Communication
I am very disappointed with my experience with this estate agent.
When I agreed to proceed with the property purchase, the sellers clearly confirmed that they would move out on the completion date. The estate agent also confirmed this, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase.
Based on these assurances, I paid my solicitor for the property searches. Once the search results were received, I also booked and paid for a survey, committing further time and money to the process.
However, at this stage, the sellers suddenly informed us that their circumstances had changed and that they could no longer confirm when they would be able to move out. This was extremely frustrating, as the original arrangement had been clearly confirmed to us.
I contacted the estate agent hoping they would help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, leaving us in a very difficult and uncertain position.
I understand that circumstances can change, but when buyers are given clear assurances and make financial commitments based on them, I believe better communication, more careful handling, and greater support are essential.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I expected a much more professional approach and better support from the estate agent throughout the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage expectations and communicate with buyers in similar situations.

31st Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Wow! The tireless energy Sophie gave to both me and the clients who viewed my home was outstanding. I had many more viewings compared to the agents I had previously dealt with, showing how hard she will work for you. I was kept fully informed at all times, and when Sophie was not available the Lux teamwork kicked in and there was always someone else to help.

I don't believe you'll find a more professional yet fun person to deal with than Sophie - I highly commend her work ethic and approach, which made what can be a stressful time feel straightforward and totally supportive. Who knew selling a house could be fun!

I would 100% recommend Lux.

19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)My co tenant and I have had a very good experience with Highcastle estates. Throughout the whole process they were, and continue to be, receptive, engaged and supportive. Unlike other estate agencies who I engaged with, Highcastle estates did their best to make you feel valued and supported during the process. Moreover, so far on the management side of the tenancy they have resolved any issues promptly and effectively. I would recommend them to friends and family.
