I switched agents and was on with another agent and the aspire Basildon team approached me and said they can help and off way more and they sure did. Would highly recommend the team.

Great communication and not your typical pushy salesperson. Very fairly priced package provided by them for a great service. Gracie and Mandy have been fantastic throughout the process too!

16th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've just sold my 3 bedroom house in manor park with Stonebridge. They were one of the top estate agent for E12 area as recommend by Get Agent. I'm so glad to have chosen them to sell my house. They offered the best fees out of other agents I considered. Their valuation of the property was very realistic which result in many asking price offers. The sales lead for my property was Fahim. A very attentive, polite and professional guy. He did an excellent job in vetting the potential buyers and provide the best options to me. He was very active on keeping me updated and provided feedbacks. Also, shout-out to Shaz for overseeing the whole process and making sure evrything is inline for a smooth completion.

Outstanding Service from Kings Group Walthamstow<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Kings Group Walthamstow, and especially Dan, highly enough.<br><br>Selling my parents’ property was an extremely difficult and emotional process, with a number of challenging circumstances along the way. From the very beginning, Dan went above and beyond to support us and guide us through the whole process.<br><br>His communication was absolutely excellent. He kept us informed, was always available when we needed him, and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance, no matter how many questions or concerns we had. When things became particularly difficult, Dan remained calm, professional and incredibly supportive.<br><br>What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. After months of advertising I messaged them to take my property offline and again there was no response again but the property was taken offline. They are strange bunch of people.
