We mainly spoke with Vanessa, Sue, Hannah and Nick and they were all friendly and supportive and so so helpful with finding a new place quickly when our circumstances changed. We are very happy and will use again if we need to move in the future.
6th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)From the very first contact with Abbey we had a great journey with Entwistle Green Allerton. Great initial communication and friendly. We were shown around the property by Nyla who had made sure she had lots of information to share and the all important brochure. Nyla was very accommodating with our list of questions and we never felt pressured to rush. Once we made our offer the team handled this really well considering there was a lot of interest and other offers. They recommend DC law for our conveyance services which I’m always a bit dubious of but they were great too. Once the process started we had great support from Kirsty who provided that link between ourselves, the sellers and all solicitors. We’ve now got the keys and despite the usual panic moments I can honestly say these guys were great throughout. A company is only as good as the people they employ. The team in Allerton are superb. Thank you so much. We love our new house. Tony and Diane.

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.

5th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!

He was always at the end of the phone, responded to all emails/phone calls and kept us updated throughout the transaction. Billy is a straight up guy and that’s exactly what you want working on a challenging sale. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to be on our case!
