From beginning, Harry was very friendly during the viewing process and then onwards for referencing and rental agreement, Harry and Karun was super efficient. More or less 0 communication from them.Do not let your property with them, as soon as they sign you up, they don't care about you (landlord) they only care in collecting they'r cut . They are not interested in doing property chec ups, etc.... really really terrible evil people at that branch.

He took the time to explain every single stage in great detail and patiently answered all of my questions. Joseph was super responsive and always available whenever I needed reassurance or clarity. Between navigating the conveyancing process, deciphering survey reports, managing a chain that feels like it could collapse at any moment, chasing solicitors, and trying to understand what on earth "exchange" and "completion" actually mean in practice - it can feel completely overwhelming, especially if it's your first time. From our very first conversation, Amanda was refreshingly straightforward. She didn't talk in circles or hide behind jargon - she explained every stage of the transaction clearly, told me what to expect and when, and was honest when things were moving slowly and why. That transparency alone was worth its weight in gold. So many agents leave you chasing them for updates; Amanda was proactive, often calling me before I even had the chance to wonder what was happening. When a complication arose mid-transaction (as they almost always do in UK property purchases), Amanda handled it. She liaised with the relevant parties, kept all sides informed, and kept the deal on track without panic or drama. Viewings were arranged in an efficient manner, causing minimal disruption to our young family, and there was a constant endeavour to go above and beyond. Particular shoutout to Dean and Harvey. Would wholeheartedly recommend Tom Ashwood to anyone seeking to sell their property!
