Lisa was very understanding of the situation, offered an honest valuation and regularly checked in with us so see how mum was getting on during her care home trial. Mum decided she wasn't quite ready for care home life and wanted to return and stay in her own home but we appreciated the service abd attention we received ftom Lisa.

24th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

My property consultant Tasha was very helpful, quick to reply, and had lots good of suggestions for suitable flats while I was looking for somewhere to live in East London. She was very quick to organize viewings and I can only recommend her if you’re looking for properties in the area.

13th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

David was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process for us :as we aren’t very experienced tenants and had a lot of questions. Thank you so much!<br>The bitter and fake reviews are unfair and unsure why google hasn’t removed them yet because it can put fear for no reason. No company is perfect, but this one is decent! ??

Throughout the process, there was a noticeable lack of transparency and clear communication, which made what should have been a straightforward experience far more stressful than necessary.<br><br>I found the level of professionalism to be below the standard I would expect from an estate agency. Information was not always communicated openly, and I was left feeling that honesty and transparency were not prioritised when dealing with my concerns.<br><br>It also appeared that some members of staff were not adequately trained or empowered to handle issues effectively. Rather than resolving problems confidently, matters were often passed around or left unresolved, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration.<br><br>Perhaps most concerning was the apparent lack of accountability from senior management. Despite raising concerns, I did not feel that the directors demonstrated a genuine commitment to addressing the underlying issues or ensuring that the business operates to a consistently high standard.<br><br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend William Rose. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve staff training, communication, transparency, and overall customer service for future clients.

Right from the start, he went above and beyond and made what could have been a really stressful process so much easier. He was always available to answer our questions, whether it was during working hours, in the evenings or even on weekends. He kept communication flowing between us and our buyer, making sure we were always up to date and never left wondering. Ian also gave us some brilliant advice on the photos and listing, which made a real difference in getting people through the door for viewings. Throughout the whole process his experience and attention to detail was obvious. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. Looking back, we don't think we would have sold our flat without him. Couldn't recommend Ian more highly. Thank you so much for everything
8th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Right from the first meeting Kimberley and her team were open, honest and transparent in all our dealings. In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.

22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent all round. From my first meeting with Chris Marsh I knew I was in safe hands and every step of the way was managed smoothly and professionally from then on. The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
