14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Thank you to the team at Douglas Allen Hornchurch David, Chelsey and especially Will, they have been a pleasure to work with during the process of selling our parents property. They went over and above and we would highly recommend them.
14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)William H Brown highly recommend them, whether your buying selling or renting. The lettings team Sian, Coral, Lisa, have looked after one our our properties for a number of Years and there service is second to none, nothing was too much trouble helping us get set up as landlords to dealing with tenants, taught us alot. Then we came to sell both our rented properties which the sales team assisted tremendously, Michelle, Summer, Tina, Daisy and Paul helped us with the process of both properties, thank you both Lettings and Sales team, your efforts and help were dreadfully appreciated.
14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Izy and I are super grateful to Leyla, Lucy, Robbie, and Niam for their excellent professional support during our house hunting experience. They've been exceptionally considerate, kind, thoughtful, and reliable every time we reached out to the agency. Tbh we had a long list of requirements for our new home; getting us the right house at the right time for us to move into is A+ service. Thanks for all the additional info and new listings – really helpful in helping us make a decision.

28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. Thank you for being passionate and professional in this sector. I will definitely recommend Abdul of ARQ Homes to my friends and family. Mustafa

23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at Aspire were absolutely brilliant but special mention goes to Kiera who was so friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, thank you Kiera for all your help.
20th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Since May 2026 I have rented an apartment that is part of a large 1900s building. In summary from my 1st viewing, items that were going to be fixed prior to tenancy were never fixed. Lots of emails/photos communication but did not result in any action by Reed/ Landlord. Ongoing saga and my recommendation is to avoid as there are far better letting agents in the marketplace. The new rental laws from 1st May allow walking away with 2 months notice which is a great step forward.
25th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)They know a lot about the available properties in the area. I found a property within a week and mine was sold a few days later.
11th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)We had scheduled a viewing appointment for a property in Auchterarder, the agent called us on a No Caller Id number to say they would be late. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate. When we arrived at the property at the then agreed time and the agent was nowhere to be seen. We couldn’t call their number back and the office number went straight to voice mail. After waiting for 15 minutes they called us back and said they were at a different property, and misunderstood the visit we had agreed to visit and they did not have the keys. Pretty disappointing organisation given that they knew we were leaving the next morning. Make sure you double check all the details yourself if you’re going to work with this company.
2nd Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)Call this company and you will understand how incompetent they are. Trying to force you to register for properties they are not even the agent for.
31st Oct 2026 (2 days ago)M&P truly are a great estate agent, Hannah, Paul and all the staff are so helpful and kind and really do care about their clients! We have just sold our flat and also bought our new house with them and Hannah has been so amazing throughout, always going above and beyond and even helping to entertain our 5 year old daughter at viewings! They have made a usually stressful process feel relatively stress free and we would definitely recommend them!
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)They keep constant contact , very friendly i highly recommend them
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)They’ve really made things easy for me struggled with a couple things but they helped me
11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We appreciated engaging with Hestia‘s, whose down to earth, responsive, transparent, and friendly approach was refreshing compared to other estate agents we have dealt with in the past. In particular, Nick (our main contact) was very helpful.
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I had a really great experience with this letting agency! The whole process of finding and renting a flat was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and support. They were very helpful, responsive, and always happy to answer any questions I had. Everything was handled efficiently, and they made the entire process so much easier. I’m really happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you for all your help!
20th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I just wanted to take a moment to say a really heartfelt thank you for how wonderful Allison from Carter Remy has been throughout my sale.

Selling a flat, starting a new job and moving into a new home all within the space of a week is quite something (!) but having her at the other end of the phone keeping things moving, communicating so brilliantly and working so hard to get everything over the line is making such a difference.

She’s been consistently kind, proactive and reassuring - I really hope she knows how much that is appreciated!
4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I was recommended to use Griffin and I'm glad that I did. I have received a good ongoing service.
