30th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Upsdales Property Management<br><br>I booked a viewing for a flat and later called to ask one simple question: whether the upstairs flat owned the loft. I was told someone would get back to me.<br><br>Two days later Daniel sent me a text message, but I couldn’t understand it or how it answered my question. I therefore called him for clarification and politely asked if he could simply answer “yes” or “no.”<br><br>Instead of answering professionally, his tone became abrupt, intimidating and dismissive. He told me, “I don’t think this flat is for you,” and said, “It looks like you’re buying for the first time, so you don’t know how it works.”<br><br>I found these comments patronising and unnecessary. I was simply trying to understand an important detail about the property before attending the viewing. There was no need to make assumptions about my experience or speak to me in that manner.<br><br>I ended the call feeling upset and disappointed. Every potential buyer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their level of experience.

When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. I recommend Smooth Moves if you are looking to sell/rent/buy a property ??????

25th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would like to sincerely thank Mahfuz for all his help and support throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>The property was on the market for over a year, and the sale unfortunately became a long and complicated process, including an earlier sale falling through. Despite the difficulties and delays, Mahfuz remained supportive, approachable and committed to getting the transaction completed.<br><br>He was always available when I needed to discuss something, liaised with the relevant parties and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly during the more difficult stages of the transaction.<br><br>After such a long and stressful process, completing the sale was a huge relief, and I am genuinely thankful to Mahfuz for his persistence, professionalism and support throughout the journey.
