After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

What you see is what you get with them old school but with modern touches. He has vast knowledge of local areas as he is a lifelong local himself. He has experience in property itself and has a decent level of seeing a problem that an average buyer might not see, he's very honest, if he thinks you have exceeded the price of your property when selling he will politely. advise, he is not pushy, he is very witty and we love his company. He sold our house the first day of viewings. We highly recommend Aled Falcon. ?????

6th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)could vet potential buyers better as no one was in position to purchase but wasted pauls and our time finding excuses not to put offers forward one offer accepted but pulled out of gral as his sale fell through

It was an emotional journey selling my house in many ways but Chris and his team stepped in and provided the support and advice that I needed to reach the desired outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

29th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Had a viewing, Jonathan turned up an hour late. Made a close to asking price offer. Poor communication from Jonathan. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent

Highly recommended
