Aled, Joanne and all the team were excellent throughout the process giving constant updates and help at all stages of the sale. We highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again. 22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
4th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Very disappointing experience. We had a viewing booked for a property, only to find out through Facebook that it had already been sold. There was no communication from the estate agent to let us know, despite our appointment being arranged. It felt unprofessional and a waste of our time. We’ve had several bad experiences with this estate agent, they definitely do not try and get the best for the ones selling the house! Would definitely not recommend, and would definitely not buy a house from them if we can help it!

I have changed my estate agent- 11th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)John Francis have recently sold a property for me near Felindre, east of Newport. It was an isolated small farmhouse with some land, so slightly unusual. All the team at John Francis were quite excellent through out the whole process, they were patient, informative and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them as an agent.

I got to know the team over that time and always found responsive, helpful and friendly. My house sold in the end and I was glad I stayed with CBP throughout the journey. I felt supported by Tania and the team and I felt they were fair and straightforward in their negotiations. I would definitely recommend Cardigan Bay Properties to anyone who wants to sell their home, even if it is a house that is not the easiest to sell as mine was.
