They shared feedback and assisted the sale once we had a buyer by facilitating communication and giving sound advice. Most of the staff at Roy Brooks are female. I would recommend them.

This agent doesn't have any reviews- 13th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I felt very fortunate to work with Tom and Lewis from the outset, Tom is a fair minded individual who evaluates carefully his clients and their requirements and it pays off in the relationships he forms which is one of trust. Lewis had only just started at Winkworth when we put our house on the market but delivered great buyers for our house which is very special and important to us as we had loved there for over 27 years
12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

7th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I recently purchase a property advertised by Unmod London. Richard was a pleasure to deal with, and we completed within only a few weeks. Throughout, he was very accommodating, allowing access to my architects and tradespeople even prior to completion to allow me to make the necessary judgements for the renovation. I would highly recommend his services.
