He was a great communicator and stayed responsive to everything we threw at him, whether that was a quick question or a last minute viewing request. He was always available when we needed him and kept us updated at every stage so we never once felt left in the dark. A thoroughly professional agent who clearly knows his stuff and someone we would happily recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Mark in particular is an example of what a great estate agent should be like!!! Top professional!!! Can't recommend Mark enough: no call left unreturned, direct communication (I mean how many estate agents can you communicate with directly on WhatsApp?), swift action, will go above and beyond, very people-centric approach, will make the deal go through regardless of setbacks or delays caused by lawyers, bureaucrats and others involved in the process. And very trustworthy - a word of a man! Very happy with my home!

THIS LETTING AGENCY/LANDLORD HAVE FAILED TO MAKE URGENT REPAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PROPERTY, CREATING A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR ALL THAT LIVE INSIDE. THE FAMILY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR AND ARE FORCED TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PROPERTY VIA THE BACK GARDEN.<br><br>THIS HAS BEEN A DISREPAIR ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH, SINCE THE FAMILY MOVED IN. BOTH THE FAMILY’S AND MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIR HAVE BEEN IGNORED.<br><br>God forbid, if there was a fire to the rear of the property, this family has no safe fire escape route because MANN (and landlord) has not carried out the necessary urgent repairs to the front door for over a month.
