I begrudge awarding these people 1 star but google review won't allow me to post a review unless I select a star. I went through 4 months of hell with these guys. I have alerted friends and family to avoid them at all costs. A multitude of mistakes when attempting to sell my house down to sheer incompetency. Mistakes I pointed out which eventually after 4 months they finally admitted too even though they kept reminding me through the whole process how experienced they were in their field! Honestly it was shambolic from start to finish. When I challenged them regarding the service I was receiving the response from the Manager was so patronizing! I could not deal with them and their half truths anymore.
The end result was my decision to switch agents. Switching agents worked out to be fantastic, I only wish I had made the decision to do it sooner than I did. Moving is stressful anyway but if you want added, unnecessary stress from an agent who thinks it's appropriate to string you along endlessly then these are the guys for you.
I have dealt with Conran Estates, Eltham branch (specifically Rob Iommazzo) over a number of years.
They are always very approachable, extremely helpful and thoroughly professional.
10 years back we bought property using Conran Estate Eltham and it was fantastic. Now we used them to let the same property and we are completely frustrated with the service of the lettings team in Eltham and Greenwich. An abysmal experience.
On the lookout for a new place to call home, we were so nervous about the many obstacles we thought we'd be facing. And having talked to other estate agents, who weren't exactly the friendliest, this nervousness only became worse. Until we had a chat with Lilia at Acorn! Lilia reassured all our worries, and found us a wonderful place well within our budget. She guided us through every step along the way, with honest and positive feedback. Joy also deserves a mention, as she was really quick with the (digital) paperwork and responding to our queries. In all, we can highly recommend Acorn and can't thank them enough for all the help they've given us!
