I live a fair distance from the flat and Lesley kept a check on the security and the presale work being done keeping me informed and in touch even out of office hours. Lesley’s dedication to her job makes her a valuable asset to Connells I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling or buying in the Cambridge area.
4th Sep 2026 (24 days ago)We had a fantastic experience buying our home and couldn’t recommend Jackson property highly enough!<br><br>As soon as we met Alex at the first viewing he was positive, friendly, incredibly helpful and flexible on viewing timings ( which is really appreciated ). He went above and beyond throughout the process and was a real help whenever we had a question or needed anything.<br><br>Tash has also been fantastic throughout the buying process. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful time.<br><br>The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent, they’ve always kept us informed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br>A huge thank you to Alex, Tash and the entire team for helping make the process of buying our home such a positive experience.<br>We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. Very pleased.

Have to say that the guy did not come across as being very helpful and unlikely to use their services in going forwards and will take my business elsewhere.

Teresa who we dealt with mainly was lovely and very friendly, so helpful and quick to make any repairs and any issues needed within the property. Also got our deposit back within 2/3 weeks of handing back our keys. Happy with the service and outcome of our time we had in one of their rentals.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Vicki and Helen have supported us through the process and been instrumental in making it quick and straightforward. They had viewers lined up before our house went on the market resulting in it selling on the day it went live!<br><br>Family members had also recently made a purchase through VLS, and we had been extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Helen had when showing that property.<br><br>We made use of the complementary mortgage advice from VLS Mortgages and Kirsty has been brilliant, providing all the advice we needed and quickly updating our mortgage offer when rates briefly came down. Charlotte was also great in explaining our life insurance options and securing the policy for us.<br><br>We would not hesitate in recommending VLS to anyone looking to sell their property!

5th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)One call undertook a complete refurbishment of my one bedroom flat - new kitchen, bathroom, lights, doors, plaster work, redecorating. Super reliable and high quality job pretty much on time (the heatwave slowed work a few days which is understandable). No nasty surprises when a couple of unavoidable issues popped up and I made a few new choices - I was always fully aware of cost and timetable. Highly recommended.
