Daniel, Ryan and their team were extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the local housing market. We especially valued the clear communication and regular updates on progress. Importantly for us, there was no drama and our property was sold for the price that Daniel told us it would sell for, so we were very pleased with the service. We would have no hesitation in using Inskip & Davie again in the future and to recommend to others.

When our first buyer pulled out unexpectedly close to exchange of contracts the Puterrills team went into action and pulled out all stops to remarket the property and within a week we had a serious offer from a keen buyer. Nothing is too much trouble for this team, who put us at ease even through stressful times. They more than earned their fee.<br>Putterills come highly recommended as far as I am concerned. A very professional service.

There was always someone at the end of a phone call to answer my questions and reassure me through the process. I can't recommend Jodie Gregg, the real estate agent, enough. Professional and very helpful from start to completion of the deal.

29th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)We have just sold our property in Great Barford using Cooper Wallace, and from start to finish they have all been fantastic!<br>Ben was brilliant coming round to value the house and take excellent photos.<br>Nicole provided flawless communication regarding viewings and prompt feedback.<br>Jemma kept us perfectly updated with regular progress reports on the sale.<br>A special mention has to go to David, though. At times we thought the sale was going to fall through due to the buyers' solicitors not playing ball. David truly did everything he could to make this happen, and we cannot thank him enough! His hard work and dedication enabled us to secure our forever home.<br>Thank you, Cooper Wallace! We would highly recommend these guys if you are ever thinking of putting your house on the market.

3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)I had my dads house on the market with another estate agent for several months with very little pogress.<br>I decided to change to Leabrooks and the change was amazing even from the first meeting. Andrew was so much more dynamic and positive, and very honest which was refreshing.<br>The whole Team kept us updated at every stage, and if there were problems outside there remit they knew someone that could, and did help.<br>There was also a clear strategy if the house wasn't attracting interest, which definatly worked in our case.<br>Could not recommend Leabrooks highly enough

6th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)So we bought and sold through W/E and what a roller-coaster!<br>The process of buying a house in England remains an absolutely travesty of daftness with a huge life change dictated by most things out of your control. I think I may have aged throughout the process but James, Kess and Morgan has kept us on the rails and supported with clear communication and guidance throughout. I think I don't really like estate agents, but in truth to get a team of people that communicate well, support you through a process and possibly provide a level of fun when things are tricky is maybe what the world needs. I like this team. Would I recommend them - Yes!
