Both suggested Country Properties, and we’re so glad they did. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. A special thank you to Sasha, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her support, communication, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Country Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the outset, when choosing an agent, we were impressed with David's clear, thorough explanation of the marketing strategy. The transparent, courteous approach made Putterills an clear choice over other agents. Putterills secured us offers within the first few viewings from their potential buyers and their negotiations secured us a price significantly over our expectations. Their valuation was surprisingly higher than I’d expected, and their selling strategy spot on! My property sold within days of the open house event they ran and got a lot more than I’d expected. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and efficient. I have no reservations in recommending them, my home sale was painless - I’d lived there for 37 years so was anxious about the whole process, but it went brilliantly. Thanks Adam, Alex and Debbie for all you did !!

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process - always responsive, clear, and proactive. What really stood out was their genuine approach to sales negotiation. They provided honest advice, managed expectations well, and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome. In an industry that doesn't always enjoy the best reputation, Fry Estate Agents are a real breath of fresh air. They combine professionalism with integrity, and it's clear they genuinely care about their clients. If you're looking for an estate agent you can trust, Fry are an excellent choice.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

18th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Hancock’s Estates when we were looking to move across town, and they handled the whole process with a calm, professional manner that really put us at ease. The team were easy to get hold of, kept us updated without us having to chase, and were particularly helpful when a few bits of paperwork needed sorting at short notice. There was a proper sense that they knew the local market inside out, which made a big difference. Not quite perfect, as one or two replies took a touch longer than expected, but overall the service was very solid and the staff were courteous throughout. If you want an estate agent that feels organised, knowledgeable and refreshingly down-to-earth, Hancock’s Estates are well worth considering.

From the start of our journey, the communication has been consistently great. We had a group chat set up which made it really easy to keep in touch. It has felt like we are communicating with friends. The marketing of the property has also been top notch. Matthew and Adam have both been extremely knowledgeable and given us great guidance through this whole process and we are really thankful to both of them and the team at Lion Estates. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

2nd Jun 2026 (22 days ago)We recently completed the sale of our family home through Wellington Evans and I’m genuinely delighted with the service we received from Nick Wellington and the wider team. Ours was a complex transaction involving difficult negotiations and plenty of emotional pressure at times, but Nick handled the entire process with professionalism, calmness and excellent judgement throughout. He played a pivotal role in achieving a fantastic sale price for our property and keeping the transaction moving when several points could easily have stalled. His communication was excellent and he managed both the commercial and human side of the process extremely well. The back-office team also deserve huge credit — responsive, organised and always helpful. Having now completed and moved into our new home, I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Nick and the team at Wellington Evans.
