As a whole branch, and as individual agents, they are genuinely 11/10!<br><br>Sasha, in particular, was fabulous throughout: supportive, responsive, completely on top of everything. She is a real expert in her field and in keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors and everyone else engaged and moving through the process – during what can be a tremendously stressful period. She is the embodiment of the care and support that the whole Ampthill branch has. It’s always about getting the right outcome for all.<br><br>We honestly could not recommend her or the wider Country Properties team more. 4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We were kept informed at every step of the journey selling our property, everything went smoothly on the sale and the process of selling, it also helped a great deal with the solicitors being in house as they can liaise with each other without having to go through us regarding small matters, the team managed our sale and was also very professional and efficient, the person who valued the property was spot on and was instrumental in us choosing Connells due to their local knowledge, putting forward suggestions regarding the potential for the property also, it seems the company are very prominent in the area which I didn't notice until we started selling, there are Connells for sale signs everywhere in the area which is comforting to know, Thank you.

8th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)On numerous occasions I have returned their calls. They in return say they will call back ? So I call back, next time they are still at lunch 2pm. They promise to pass on that I am trying to return their calls. Nothing happens ?<br>They have very poor communication skills both with landlords and renters. I am just in the middle, and seldom hear back.<br>In the end for years ( 16 ) to be precise I have put up with freezing cold winds coming through my bathroom window, and they promised to speak to the landlord, over and over again. It was not before I held some of my rent money back I got a reaction, and 6 months later on, I eventually got a new window. Now I am fight for the next ones.<br>Meanwhile rent goes up. Maybe we have a public tribunal on our hands ? Out of the three different estates agents, this property has been rented out by, Leaders are the worse by far.

From start to finish, the whole process was seamless.<br><br>Clover made getting the property on the market so easy, and the photographs were absolutely amazing. She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.<br><br>Our sales representative, Adam, did an incredible job. He found the perfect buyers who will love our home just as much as we have. His communication was excellent from beginning to end—we were never left wondering what was happening and were kept updated every step of the way.<br><br>Everything moved quickly and efficiently, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Urban & Rural to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We was dealing with Jo most of the time and she was amazing. She listened to both of us on our WhatsApp group and worked hard for what we needed to get done.

Our move from Dundee in Scotland to Biggleswade, could have been a lot more stressful had it not been for this lovely, friendly, approachable team who were always happy to go above and beyond in arranging several visits, often at quite short notice, for us to view some houses on our short visits down from Scotland. They were always extremely professional and caring with a pro-active approach, learning our needs and desires of what we wanted from our new home. With an incredibly deep knowledge of the local market, they soon identified a house that suited our needs., exactly. We moved in 2 weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted. Kennedy &Foster made us feel we were highly valued customers from first contact to completion. They are a team that go the extra mile on a daily basis. Excellent social media and marketing provided the impetus to getting potential buyers to view. The agent who conducted the viewings made sure he was fully acquainted with the property and communicated the outcomes well. Having had an unsuccessful relationship with another agent prior to Ensum Brown it was a breath of fresh air to deal with people who were committed to sell your property

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.

Wellington Evans were the agent of the house we were buying and treated us with honesty, transparency and respect throughout the entire process. It was a breath of fresh air when compared to our experiences of more ‘traditional’ agents. Each step of the process was explained to us and we were supported right through to completion day itself. I cannot imagine how much smoother the process would have been if we had sold and bought from Wellington Evans initially. But, we are in and settled and wish to express our thanks to James and his team for their efforts throughout.
