Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

26th May 2026 (17 days ago)We just sold our house with Paul Jeffreys and the whole team were great! Back in October we were deciding what estate agents to sell / buy with and after one call with Matt it was obvious we liked them the most! The original house we were purchasing was withdrawn from the market - not their fault at all and they were so kind & apologetic. They kept us up to date and put up with my chasing for updates when we were stuck in a big chain! Hopefully we are now in our ‘forever home’ but if not, we would definitely be using them again. Thanks to Paul, Matt, Yvette and the rest of the team! Mr & Mrs S Biddlecombe

The first two buyers both made offers so l was able to compare and choose a buyers thanks once again yours K. Nineham.

10th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The property didn’t sell. The asking price was high to start with, but I admired their ambition. The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.
12th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)We bought a property off glen and his team last year and can honestly say as first time buys we are so glad we went with Easton’s. As first time buyers we didn’t know much about the mortgage process but glen and Clare were so nice and no question was too much for them! It wasn’t quite a straight forward process however we were always kept in the loop and reassured a lot. Would definitely recommend.

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
