Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

During the process, the communication was excellent, and the online referencing system was very easy to use. Frances was always professional, friendly, and patient, and she was happy to help whenever I had a question. I'm very happy with my new home and would highly recommend their service.

A good estate agent facilitates the communication between the vendor and purchaser, and their solicitors. Sam has been brilliant at keeping things moving along. My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Pearsons helped me sell my elderly uncle’s bungalow in Romsey when he went to a care home. I was living 2 hours away and they made the whole process so easy for me. They checked the empty house once a week, organised a plumber when there was a leak and organised house clearance and a deep clean before completion. At times I also felt like they were doing the job of our overpriced solicitors! I really cannot recommend them highly enough. A special mention to Karin who was so kind and helpful to me through this whole process.

27th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Initially the house was up for too much as we had no viewings. Once the price was reduced we had more viewings plus one SSTC. I didn’t feel Hamwics were quick to advise of changes.
20th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Pococks were involved in our house purchase - staff were supportive and proactive in getting a particularly long chain moving. Communication was excellent and they were the only estate agent involved in our moving process who made the many difficulties manageable. It is a shame we had been unable to use them for the sale of our house but will do if needed in the future.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.

They have supported and helped me over the last 18 months, always keeping me updated, answering any questions I had and making what has been a long journey as straightforward as possible.<br><br>Their communication, professionalism and personal approach have been excellent from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done to help me finally get to this point.<br><br>A massive thank you to Darren, Chris and everyone at Hayward Fox. Cut a significant portion of my deposit for small things such as a single strand of hair on the kitchen floor. Nobody here take accountability and they will instead always have a snarky comeback for you. Lease with anyone but The Home Agency!

Richard and the team were always friendly, approachable and easy to deal with, and any issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>After such a long tenancy, moving on was a big change, but Richard was extremely helpful throughout the process and made everything straightforward, including being accommodating around our notice period while we completed on our new home.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Parkers Lettings to both tenants and landlords. A friendly, reliable local company who genuinely look after their tenants. Thanks to Richard and the whole team for everything over the last 10 years.
